Every part of knkPublishing is integrated into accounting. Every working process in your company can be analyzed from the cost and return point of view. Every accounting- or controlling-relevant decision is available online and thus, your financial status report is available online at your fingertips.
If this is your philosophy as much as it is ours, any decision maker in your company, no matter of which hierarchical status, is supplied with any information he might require for his specific responsibility: budgets, profits and costs. You decide what your colleagues shall be able to access. There are no interfaces within the software. Therefore, you may “surf” throughout the entire data and create your own online analysis and adhoc-statistics. Navigation within the company's data is the basis of Microsoft Business Solution Navision.
Controlling (integration without interfaces)
Cost accounting and project accounting are included in our standard. As there are no interfaces within our software, financial accounting, cost and project accounting always offer consistent information. From one point of view you can access every detail of any single event that happens in your company.
Planning of liquidity (integration without interfaces)
Provides an overview of the current status of your liquidity; receivables, payables, revenue, expenses, open amounts, bank accounts, forecasts – information at your fingertips.
Business intelligence / management information system
Figures should not only be offered as figures only, but as images, charts and graphics – as easy to use as possible. Business Analytics for Microsoft Navision is an ideal OLAP tool for these purposes.
